MUAY THAI CLASS

Working on technique in Muay Thai along with increasing skills on holding Thai pads for others. Techniques taught within the class include kicks, punches, blocking, elbows, knees, shadow boxing, and Thai pad work. Muay Thai class is for people of all levels and modifications can be made for any student.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

33 minute workout

Circuit includes 10 stations, 3 minutes each, with a 30 second exercise between each station. Full body workout, Muay Thai based, focusing on body and cardio conditioning. Techniques in Muay Thai taught include kicks, punches, knees, and elbows. Circuit Training is for people of all levels.

Along with doing a full circuit every session you come in, a trainer will hold Thai pads with you at least once per circuit.
